Bio

Demographics. Jacqueline Bodnar is a Michigan native. After spending over nine years living in Las Vegas, she and her family are now residents of the Daytona Beach, Fla. area.  

Family. After Jacqueline and her husband struggled with unexplained infertility for five years they were fortunate enough to give birth to a beautiful baby girl in September 2004 and a handsome son in June 2006. You can read her essay on overcoming infertility on the Parents magazine Web site. 

Education. Jacqueline is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social science studies, covering the areas of psychology, history and political science. She has also taken courses in English, journalism and public relations writing. While attending UNLV she was a staff writer for the university newspaper, the Rebel Yell.

Writing. She has been published in well over 100 magazines, Web sites and newspapers across the country. She has covered many subjects, primarily focusing on health, wellness, tea, vegetarianism, publicity writing, and articles covering parenting and women's issues. She also owns Bodnar, Ink, a company specializing in business copywriting and public relations writing. She has hundreds of articles available for reprinting available through her syndicated article service. Jacqueline has also published two books on vegetarianism, including the Vegetarian Resource Book: A To Z Reference Guide To Vegetarianism and Careers for the Vegetarian and Animal Lover.

Life. When she’s not writing she is usually drinking tea, reading, walking on the beach, watching hockey, listening to country music, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
